Donald Trump has made this very clear during his time in office:

He really, really wants to take health care away from working families.

Our movement has stood strong as he, along with Republicans in Congress and statehouses across the country, have come at the Affordable Care Act, at Medicaid, at mental health coverage with everything they've got. We've fought back. And we've won. Every time.

That hasn't changed their minds.

Once again, we need to be there to stop him. Sign the petition to tell Donald Trump: stop attacking our health care!

Today, 19 Republican Attorneys General are bringing the fight to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, where they'll ask the court to strike down the Affordable Care Act. The Trump Administration has refused to defend the law, and in fact have filed briefs in support of the lawsuit.

If they succeed, here's what happens, almost immediately:

*As many as 21 million Americans would lose their health insurance coverage;
*Up to 109 million Americans would be hit with coverage caps, after which their insurance won't pay for treatment;
*133 million Americans with pre-existing conditions would potentially be disqualified from getting insurance at all.

And given that Trump and Congressional Republicans have absolutely no health care plan beyond "hot air, exaggerated promises, and lies" things will only go downhill from there.

We can't let our guard down. Add your name to join the movement to protect our health care!
