And where are House Republicans? They’ve been on vacation since September.

It’s completely and totally unacceptable.

42 MILLION Americans depend on SNAP to feed their families.

Instead of working with Democrats to reopen the government, Republicans are weaponizing hunger against the American people by withholding food for children, seniors and veterans.

Even worse? The Trump administration has the funding to make sure not a single American goes hungry.

Republicans created this crisis. Their One Big, Ugly Law included the largest cut to nutritional assistance in American history to provide massive tax breaks to their billionaire donors.

You deserve better.

We should be helping the American people, not hurting them.
