I have the honor of speaking with people across our San Antonio district. Folks share with me that they want to be able to work hard, raise a family, and have access to opportunities that help them get ahead in life.  

Last week, 82% of you responded to my survey saying that you are worried that reductions in government services will hurt you and your family. I am fighting to re-open the government and lower costs for things like healthcare coverage, and help hard working families in Texas thrive. I am calling on Speaker Johnson to bring back Republicans in Congress to do the same—to end the government shutdown and protect affordable health care.  

I want to hear your thoughts on addressing the government shutdown.
