FIRST: David officially submitted his Declaration of Candidacy
to serve as the Representative in Congress for Rhode Island's
First District.

NOW: Our campaign is hard at work gathering signatures on
nomination papers to secure his place on the 2020 ballot.

THEN: We got word that David has two declared opponents in this
race.

SO: With just 2 months until Primary Day in Rhode Island and 4
months until Election Day, we have to keep up our momentum and
ensure we have the resources to run strong all the way through
November.
