My name is Al, and I'm very excited to announce that I am taking over as the new Executive Director of Blue South. If you're recieving this email then you're one of the thousands of supporters who have kept this program up and running for almost 5 years. Thank you for your attention, your feedback, your donations, and your committment to our cause. I'm reaching out today to let you know that we are making some changes. Of course, our mission remains the same: we're building a new, blue wall in the South to organize volunteers, mobilize voters, and elect Democrats in southern states. Since we began our work, we've flipped seats in historically red states like Georgia, Arizona, and New Mexico. We've turned Texas blue and built pathways for young Democrats to win in Florida, Alabama, and even Mississippi. But I believe we can do more. My plan is to make Blue South even bigger, increase our impact from state-to-state, and ensure your support makes a difference in 2026 and beyond.
