I’ll get straight to the point: our next monthly fundraising deadline is just a few days away.

So, before I ask you to chip in a few bucks to help us reach our goal, I wanted to share a few reasons we’re counting on your support:

1. I’m a dairy farmer, not a career politician. If the news out of Washington over the last few months has shown us anything, it’s that we need more people who know what it means to put in a real day’s work in Congress.


2. Our opponents' war chests have grown even more. Elise Stefanik and Republicans have already raised millions of dollars this year, and there’s no doubt that they’ll be spending a huge chunk of that here in the North Country.


3. This is one of the most important races in the country. When Stefanik runs for governor, this seat will be wide open, and we’ll have the strongest opportunity we’ve ever had to win and elect new leadership in the North Country.


4. We have to keep building our momentum. Thousands of grassroots donors have already stepped up to support our campaign, but we need to continue growing our team ahead of next year’s high-stakes election.
