America is deeply divided, it's true. But there's one thing we should all be able to agree on: In our republic, the candidate who gets the most votes should win the election.

It's a foundational principle of our government. But thanks to brazen right-wing map-rigging, it's not the reality today. 

Last November, Democrats won 53% of the vote in Wisconsin – but got just 36 of the 99 seats in the General Assembly. In North Carolina, Republicans clung to 54% of their seats while losing 51-48 to Democrats. And in Michigan, Republicans kept 53% of their seats despite Democrats getting a majority of Michiganders' votes.

The ONLY way to unrig the map is to make sure state Republicans aren't in control of the next round of redistricting – and we're going to have to work twice as hard to oust them from their gerrymandered seats. Can we count on you to help STOP right-wing gerrymandering?

The next decade is on the ballot in 2019 and 2020. For the last 10 years, we've seen the devastating impact of the maps Republicans drew after their sweeping victories in 2010. If they cling to power in 2020, it's going to get so much worse.

Brett Kavanaugh and the Supreme Court ratcheted up the stakes when they decided to allow partisan gerrymandering – no matter HOW extreme the map. Their decision was nothing short of calling open season on our democracy.
