I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you personally. This campaign means a lot to me because I deeply believe in what we’re fighting for together.

Affordable health care. Clean energy. Real accountability. A democracy that works for the people.

Right now, that fight is heating up, and everything we stand for is on the line.

Instead of working with us to end a reckless government shutdown and help our communities, the GOP is spreading misinformation and putting political games ahead of the American people.

Across the country, Republican-led states like Texas and North Carolina are drawing new maps to tilt the playing field in their favor. Here in California, Proposition 50 is about protecting fair representation – making sure every Californian’s vote counts and that our voices aren’t silenced by partisan gerrymandering.

But those same forces trying to undermine fair representation nationally are targeting competitive districts like ours – one of the toughest districts to keep blue.

National Republicans are already pouring money into races like ours, determined to flip seats and expand their extremist agenda. If you’re able, $3 would go a long way to keep CA-49 blue.
