My partner in governance and my friend, Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton, is running for the U.S. Senate — and as we close out October, she’s facing a critical fundraising deadline.

I’ve seen Juliana in every kind of moment: When we’ve faced down Trump’s attacks on our state, when we’ve fought for working families, and when she’s comforted people who felt unseen or unheard. She leads with compassion — and she stands her ground when it counts.

Juliana has always stood up for the people of Illinois. Now, I’m asking us to stand up for her.

With less than a week to go, her campaign is pacing behind its October fundraising goals. We need to help her catch up, because every dollar we raise shows how strong this movement really is and that she has what it takes to win.
