New Dems Present Episode 21 of the Fly-In: “Air Traffic Control” with Rep. Rick Larsen

In Episode 21, “Air Traffic Control,” Reps. Greg Landsman (OH-01) and Marc Veasey (TX-33) welcome Rep. Rick Larsen (WA-02), top Democrat on the House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee, to discuss the damage of the ongoing Republican government shutdown on federal employees critical to air travel, namely air traffic controllers and TSA agents.
They also discuss the latest on the government shutdown and Republicans’ failure to come to the table to open up the government, and Rep. Larsen explains how air traffic control staffing shortages caused by the shutdown are creating costly flight delays around the country. The Administration has proposed to permanently close the commissary.
