The disgraced former Senator who resigned in shame is dipping his toe back into politics… and he’s doing it by bankrolling my Democrat opponent.
Franken’s political group, the ironically named Midwest Values PAC, sent Johnson a hefty donation in the last fundraising quarter. That’s right. The same Al Franken who represented everything decent Minnesotans rejected is now trying to help elect another liberal to Congress.
Let’s be honest: this isn’t about “Midwest values.” It’s about Hollywood values and Washington power, and they’re trying to buy influence right here in southern Minnesota.
We’ve seen this play before. The DFL machine lines up behind a candidate, the coastal elites send in their checks, and the out-of-state special interests flood our airwaves.
But here’s the thing: I’ve beaten the liberal money machine before, and I’ll do it again. Because I’ve got something they don’t: you.
If every grassroots supporter chips in today, just $10, $25, or whatever you can afford, we’ll show Al Franken and his friends that southern Minnesota can’t be bought.
Let’s send them a message they’ll never forget: Minnesota’s 1st District belongs to us, not Al Franken and his Hollywood pals.
