We’ll get right to it: There are less than two weeks until polls close in Pennsylvania and Virginia, and we expect some of these races to be nail-biters.

🗳️The fight to control the highest court in the critical presidential swing state of Pennsylvania is down to the wire in these three judicial retention elections, with the fate of voting rights, reproductive rights, and fair maps hanging in the balance.

📈The race for Virginia’s governor is within a few percentage points , with endorsed Democracy Defender Abigail Spanberger barely ahead according to a recent poll, with over 6% still undecided.
