Since Citizens United, it is a sad reality that the wealthy and massive corporations can buy and sell our elected officials. 

But the final frontier for the oligarchy is actually this: owning the courts and the judges they need to operate with total impunity outside of and above the law.

The billionaire class is no longer satisfied with controlling legislation and bankrolling politicians; they want to be completely untouchable and unaccountable, free to accumulate wealth without legal consequences. 

That is why they have set their sights on the upcoming Pennsylvania Supreme Court election—where no less than three Democratic-held seats will be up for grabs on the same ballot on November 4. 

In a hard-hitting ad just released this month, Gov. Josh Shapiro warned about the stakes of losing this race to MAGA billionaires: “The threats to our freedoms are very real.” 

Ultra-right wing billionaires are using false propaganda, clever deception, and outright lies to trick voters into supporting their Project 2025 agenda in PA.

They know they can’t win without lying, so they are spending ungodly sums of money to push their lies in the hopes that we will throw in the towel and voters will be so confused they will vote No or stay home.
