My name is Ben, and I’m thrilled to be Keith’s new Campaign Manager. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share why I’m so excited to be here.
I grew up in Baltimore, and as a lifelong (and long-suffering) Orioles fan, I've always believed in showing up, staying engaged, and keeping faith in the future — values I’m sure many Twins fans can relate to.
My first campaign experience was knocking doors in northern Virginia for Barack Obama in 2008 alongside my dad. That experience lit a spark for me.
I first heard about Keith Ellison back in high school. As a young progressive, I admired his bold voice and his willingness to fight for real change. That same courage and clarity of vision drew me to join this campaign years later, because I believe Keith, as the People’s Lawyer, represents the leadership our state needs right now.
Together, we have the chance to support Keith as he fights to help Minnesotans afford their lives and live with dignity, safety, and respect. I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this grassroots movement, and I hope you’ll join us too. And now that our campaign has just launched, there’s no better time to step up.
