John,

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for being a part of the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) community! Your support has been invaluable in allowing us to continue our vital work in a time of unparalleled challenges to due process and the right to live a safe, peaceful life in our country.

The need for NIJC’s life-changing legal services is at an all-time high.

By supporting NIJC today, you will ensure that we can continue helping immigrants in our communities access the legal services they need to find stability, safety, and hope. Donate now at https://immigrantjustice.org/donate.

We invite you to explore our new 2025 Impact Report, where we showcase the most significant victories and stories that defined our year – and the people whose lives were positively impacted because of your support.

Because of you, NIJC has been able to remain steadfast in our commitment to protect the rights of children, families, and community members across the country. Through litigation, advocacy, and strategic communications, we are leading the fight for justice and defending the rule of law.

In the past year, your support helped:

  • Provide legal services to more than 10,100 people, including representing 2,673 people in deportation proceedings

  • Achieve legal relief in 97% of NIJC cases, allowing people to stay together with their families and communities

  • Obtain employment authorization for 928 people, helping them create a safe, stable foundation for their loved ones

  • Challenge human rights violations in immigrant detention centers and oppose the use of detention for profit

  • Defend the right to seek asylum by filing lawsuits against restrictive federal policies

  • Prohibit ICE from arresting people without warrants or probable cause through the extension of a consent decree in our lawsuit affecting parts of the Midwest

As we prepare for 2026, we’re glad to have you by our side as we continue to uphold the rights of immigrants in our communities, people seeking asylum, and refugees—regardless of how the landscape changes.

Will you join us in our work to defend children and families?

Your donation right now ensures more people in our communities have access to life-changing legal services, and supports litigation and advocacy to create a humane immigration system.

Donate now at https://immigrantjustice.org/donate.

Thank you for being part of the NIJC community.

With gratitude,

Mayon Yen
