At the NDRC, we believe that all of us have a role to play in ensuring justice and fairness in our democracy. Ending extreme gerrymandering is a critical battle that requires the strength of the people. It’s only by coming together that we can restore the integrity of our elections, so that voters pick their politicians — not the other way around.

Right now, our country is facing a moment of reckoning as Republicans launch unprecedented attempts to undermine free and fair elections. Our democracy as we know it is on the line.

This is exactly why the NDRC exists. We’ll keep doing everything we can to fix this broken system by supporting our endorsed Democracy Defenders, protecting voting rights, and raising awareness about the ongoing attacks on fair maps.
