When I first ran for State Senate, the odds were stacked against me. I was running in one of the most competitive districts in Pennsylvania — and I won by just 793 votes.

That narrow margin is a reminder of how close these fights are and how much every single supporter, volunteer, and grassroots donor matters.

Since then, I’ve never forgotten who I’m fighting for. I’ve stood up to corporate interests that put profits over people. I’ve fought for fully funded public schools, fair wages, affordable health care, and reproductive rights. I’ve spoken out when it wasn’t easy, because that’s what bold, progressive leadership demands.

National Republican groups will make this district one of their top targets for 2026 — because they know if they flip this seat, they can silence a progressive voice for working families in Harrisburg.
