John, it’s Austin Davis.

I grew up in a working-class family as the son of a hairdresser and a union bus driver. I was fortunate enough to see firsthand the benefits that a good union job can provide, not just to a worker but also to their family.

That’s why my team and I have continuously fought for proper protections for unions and their members.

The importance of safe work conditions, fair pay, and job stability cannot be overstated. Union workers have built this country and our great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Union members forged the steel in our skyscrapers. They mined the coal that powers factories and homes. They laid the pipes and foundations under our streets.

I will always stand up for safer workplaces and your right to organize and bargain collectively. I will always protect the benefits and pensions that you’ve worked for and earned. Pennsylvania workers are second to none — they deserve leaders who will always fight for them.
