The violence that Atlanta witnessed over the July 4th weekend is tragic,
inexcusable, and worst of all —avoidable.


I’m heartbroken, and frankly, furious. The loss of life is horrific on any
occasion, and even more gut-wrenching when the victim is young a child. 


We cannot continue to allow our communities to suffer. We must reject the
radical left and their “Defund Police” movement. We must stand with law
enforcement and protect Georgia families from crime and violence.


I encourage you to read my full response to the lawlessness in Atlanta and
join me in solemn prayer for those who lost their lives.
