You may not know me or who I am, but you will. I am Mike Mazzei, Republican candidate for Governor of Oklahoma.
I threw my hat into the ring because nothing is more important than ensuring our children have the future they deserve. The status quo is not okay. I am here to shake things up and put Oklahoma back on the map.
I know this email is longer than most you’ll receive, but I hope you’ll take a few minutes to read it. I want you to know who I am, what I stand for, and why I’m running to be the next governor of the great state of Oklahoma.
I’m Mike Mazzei: a husband, father, small business owner, and someone who has spent his life serving Oklahoma with integrity.
My faith, family, and community have always guided me, and I’m running to ensure that those values continue to have a voice in our state.
I grew up with a deep love for God, country, and community. After earning a degree in Government and Politics and a Master’s in Personal Financial Planning, I built my own business from the ground up.
As the founder and CEO of a successful company, I’ve helped families align their finances with their faith, values, and long-term goals. Today, our firm manages more than $1.5 billion in assets — a responsibility I take seriously, because it’s about people, not just numbers.
But my story isn’t just about business. After a serious car accident, I faced years of physical challenges. Through God’s grace, the support of my family, and the encouragement of friends, I never gave up. That perseverance is the same determination I bring to public service.
In 2004, I was honored to be elected to the Oklahoma State Senate, where I served for 12 years. I chaired the Senate Finance Committee for a decade, working to keep taxes low, balance budgets responsibly, and promote economic growth. During that time, I fought to defend our constitutional freedoms, including the right to life, the right to bear arms, and property rights.
Later, Governor Kevin Stitt asked me to serve as Oklahoma’s Secretary of Budget, where I helped build the largest state savings account in history — more than $1 billion — to protect taxpayers and prepare for the future. Those experiences taught me that conservative principles work best when applied with integrity, discipline, and a focus on results.
Our freedoms are under constant attack. From federal overreach to activists seeking to undermine our values, Oklahoma cannot afford to sit back. We need leaders who will fight to protect faith, family, freedom, and fiscal responsibility — leaders who will ensure our children inherit a stronger, more prosperous state. I believe I am that leader, but I cannot do it alone.
I’m not a career politician. I’m a small business owner, a husband to my wonderful wife Noel, and a father to five incredible children. We worship at Asbury Church, give back to our community, and try to live by the values we hold dear. Faith, family, and service guide every decision I make — and that’s what sets me apart.
This campaign is powered by grassroots supporters like you — not lobbyists or special interests. Every gift, whether $25 or $100, goes directly toward sharing my message, reaching voters, and building the movement we need to win. It was grassroots donors who helped me win before. It will be small donors who help me win again.
