I’ll cut right to it: I’m reaching out today about George Whitesides. I was proud to endorse George and campaign with him to flip CA-27 from red to blue, and now, he’s working hard to deliver real results for Southern California in Congress.
George was one of only a few Democrats who flipped Republican-held seats back in 2024. He defeated the GOP machine and an entrenched incumbent who was a rubber stamp for Republicans.
Now, he’s gearing up for his first re-election bid – and he’s already a top Republican target. We expect millions of dollars in attack ads to be spent against him and other vulnerable Democrats. Not to mention a second GOP challenger recently entered the race to unseat him.
We cannot let that happen – not when our Republican colleagues voted to strip health care from millions of working families. Not when this White House is silencing anyone who dares to speak out against Trump’s MAGA agenda.
The good news is that the House majority is within reach. Only three seats separate control, but we need to keep swing seats like George’s to stop the chaos.
