If a county stands up to Fontes - if its leaders dare to question shady ballots or broken machines - he now claims the power to disenfranchise every single voter in that county.
This is exactly what happened in Cochise County in 2022, when supervisors delayed their canvass out of concern for election integrity. Every vote was counted, but Fontes and his Democrat allies pounced, and now they’ve codified this threat into law!
The court brushed it off as “hypothetical.” I call it what it is:
A loaded gun pointed at Arizona voters.
The good news? The Ninth Circuit also struck down Fontes’ attempt to muzzle conservatives at the polls by redefining “free speech” as “intimidation.” That’s a win - but the fight is far from over.
I’ve been battling Fontes and his corrupt cronies for years. I was blessed to stand with Charlie Kirk back in 2020 when we sounded the alarm about Marxism, and I haven’t stopped since. I won’t stop now.
