John, healthcare is a personal issue for everyone.
We all know someone who has received a debilitating bill after an emergency visit to the doctor or had to make sacrifices to afford medication ourselves. The broken system we are living under impacts all of us.
I have reported on the failures of the healthcare system for years, and in my own life, I received a diabetes diagnosis last month. I deeply understand all the ways our system is failing us. I will make fixing it a priority when you send me to Congress.
Instead of tackling the healthcare crisis head-on like I plan to, Congressman Scott Perry voted for the most damaging Medicaid cuts in history and continues to allow premiums to rise in Pennsylvania. Now, his allies want to let A.I. determine whether or not Medicare will cover procedures ordered by your doctor.
No matter the insurance you are on, under Perry's policies, we all lose.
He has made his stance clear: tax cuts for billionaire donors come before access to affordable healthcare for our friends and family.
We have the opportunity to fight back NOW and flip this seat blue. It is time for real reform in the healthcare industry, and we are not getting that from extremist Scott Perry. Will you chip in ahead of my team's critical FEC deadline in three days?
