The court agreed with our lawsuit — filed with 20 other attorneys general — that the administration’s attempt to coerce states to enforce federal immigration law in exchange for emergency funding was unconstitutional and unlawful. This ruling preserves essential resources that we rely on to keep our communities safe and prepared.
