I have great news to share with you…

A state appellate court in California just ruled in favor of Chloe Cole!

That means that after almost two years of hard-fought litigation, Chloe’s case is finally headed for a public trial, not a private arbitration.

This has to be Kaiser’s nightmare.

Kaiser doesn’t want a public trial where members of the press are sitting in the courtroom reporting daily on the shocking evidence we introduce.

This type of exposure will blow the lid off the gender industrial complex.

Kaiser fought hard to force Chloe’s case into arbitration where a single arbitrator, not a jury, would decide if Kasier is financially liable for performing a double mastectomy on Chloe when she was just 15-years-old, as part of her “gender affirming care.”

But our small team of lawyers continues to beat Kaiser’s high-powered law firm at every step of the way.

I’m so proud of Chloe and I consider it a privilege to represent her.

After hearing the good news, Chloe said—
