They were SO furious that I had stood up for teachers and kids on the school board that they burned “FU” into my lawn. Just take a look for yourself:  My neighbors were scared. My daughter asked why people hated us so much. I’ll be honest JOHN, it shook me. But it didn’t break me. Because if extremists are that determined to silence us, it means the fight is worth having. And I refuse to back down. That’s why I’m running for U.S. Senate. Because Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump handpicked Ashley Moody to be their rubber stamp. She wasn’t elected – she was appointed. And already, she’s proven she’ll fight for them, not for Florida families. She fought to overturn the 2020 election results. She voted to defund healthcare. She voted against food assistance. She confirmed Trump’s dangerously unqualified cronies. I’m not in this for power. I’m in this because I know what it’s like to be bullied, threatened, and written off – and to stand up anyway. Now, with just 4 days until our first public deadline, I need you with me. Trump’s donors and DeSantis’ machine are going to spend millions to hold this seat. So I have to ask: before midnight tonight, will you chip in $5 or whatever you can to help me flip this Senate and prove that courage can beat corruption?
None of us want to wake up the day after the election knowing we didn’t do enough. Florida deserves better – and with your help, we can deliver it. Jennifer |
