I’ve probably watched the video of the polar bear scavenging on a sperm whale a couple dozen times. It’s a gorgeous shot and one that photographer Roie Galitz and crew spent 24 hours carving their way through ice floes to get. As cool as that story is, it’s just one of many I loved reading this week.
