Webinar: Bringing History to Life: An Evaluation of the Penn Museum's Unpacking the Past Program

RFA recently completed a year-long study to assess the impact of the Penn Museum's field trip program called Unpacking the Past, a program for middle school students in Title I schools that introduces them to the fields of archaeology and anthropology while sparking their curiosity about ancient civilizations. RFA and the Penn Museum will host a webinar on October 9 where researchers will share their findings, followed by a panel of museum and school staff who will discuss ideas and implications for the broader education community. We hope K12 administrators and teachers, as well as museum educators will attend to join the discussion.
