Ben’s whole life changed when he was 2. He started running fevers and vomiting. Tests revealed the heartbreaking cause: a tumor so large it was pressing against his internal organs.  
 
Ben underwent surgery to remove the tumor and one of his kidneys, followed by five difficult months of chemotherapy.
