It’s never easy to admit when you’re wrong.
When my team told me that we might not hit our End-of-Quarter fundraising deadline, I laughed. After being a Green Beret and fighting so hard for this country’s freedom, I thought this would be the easy part.
I went before my team and said there was no way our grassroots supporters would let us down. When they told me to set my expectations low, I said if anyone was going to stand by us, it would be people like YOU.
Unfortunately, I was wrong. We’re missing our deadline.
I don’t know if it’s my fault or if something went wrong with our donation platform, but according to all the information I have, we are dangerously close to missing our End-of-Quarter fundraising goal.
To say I was shocked would be an understatement. I really thought we could hit our target.
Thankfully, we still have one last chance. My team reminded me we have a five-hour window to collect donations and make up lost ground.
According to my information, we need to raise $5,922 within the next FIVE HOURS to meet our emergency deadline extension.
I’m humbly asking you, friend, can you rush a donation of $5, $10, $25, or anything you can spare so we can make up lost ground and hit our End-of-Quarter goal?
