Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap is under siege. From the day he took office, the Supervisors have done everything possible to keep him from cleaning up elections - locking him out of his own records, stripping away his authority, and stonewalling at every turn.
Heap has refused to back down.
In fact, he’s taken the Supervisors to court to win back the powers voters entrusted to him. That’s courage. That’s leadership. That’s what reform looks like.
And what do the establishment elites do in response? They smear him, drag out public records disputes, and try to paint him as the problem - when in reality, he is the solution.
The same swamp that stole 2020 and 2022 will do anything to crush reformers like Heap and me.
This is exactly what Charlie and I spoke about years ago: The swamp using secrecy, lies, and Marxist tactics to undermine elections and the will of the people.
