Fellow Conservative, 

I don’t understand what’s going on, and I need your help to get my bearings on this.  

A survey was released late last month that showed that if the election were held today, Republicans would lose to a generic Democrat by eight points.  

I’m genuinely at a loss, given the way prominent Democrats are speaking about their own party in public. For example:  

“The overall Democratic brand remains challenging” - House Minority Leader Hakeen Jeffries 

“Our brand is really toxic right now” - Rep. Tom Souzi 

If Democrats have to remind themselves that they need to learn to talk TO voters rather than AT voters, it begs the question: what do you want from us? 

I don’t want to lose winnable races next year or be on the wrong side of issues that matter to you, so I’m asking: Please do me a favor and fill out my Republican voter survey right now. I’ll share the results with my colleagues in both the House and the Senate.
