About the job
As the Commercial Leasing Agent and key member of the Real Estate Services team, you will be responsible for negotiating leases, provide leadership in the solicitation process for new space for state agencies, boards, commissions, and community and technical colleges. The position will work with a variety of key stakeholders and provide information on status and necessary approvals within the lease process milestones to execute leases timely, and to the customers’ expectations. Providing excellent customer service support will be essential to the success of this position.
