Over the past week Democrats have begun receiving mailers, digital ads, and pamphlets that utilize progressive messaging telling voters to vote no in this election (the far-right cause).
We’ve now received word from a confidential source in the Pennsylvania printing industry that a Republican dark money operation is days away from sending vote no mailers like the ones pictured above to over 100,000 high propensity Democratic voters.
These high propensity Dem voters are the people who are most likely to vote in an off year special election like this one. If they are duped into voting for the Republican cause it will be game over. Our undoing could come from our own voters.
Defend Our Courts was never planning on doing serious spending on mail. Our strategy was always to focus the majority of our funds on TV and canvassers but this changes everything.
If we want to prevent tens of thousands of Dems from inadvertently voting against us, we need to rapidly pivot to mail to counter the GOP’s deceptive mailing push.
