Email from Commonwealth of Virginia September Edition Volume 5 | September 25th 2025 Commerce in the Commonwealth September Edition Visit our Website A Message from Secretary Segura One of my priorities as Secretary of Commerce and Trade has been to connect with communities throughout every corner of our Commonwealth. Last month, we made meaningful progress. From partnering with the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Virginia in Hampton Roads for a small business workshop, to celebrating National Black Business Month with the Virginia Black Chamber, to attending events honoring Pakistan's and India's independence days, to celebrating Bolivia's 200th anniversary, I was proud to share our message with so many communities. Governor Youngkin's administration is focused on creating boundless opportunity for everyone, and it's an honor to bring that message to all of these communities. Breaking down barriers and creating real pathways to entrepreneurship is how we all succeed. Learn more about Sec.
