Not really. Every moment of every day is an opportunity to grow. But TODAY is the last day to register for GROW - the upcoming mentor series for white bodied folks who are ready to grow into our full power and potential in the world
GROW is the first coaching program I have done in many years as more of my focus has been on organizing cultural and collective change for the movement. But given all we are up against and all that I believe is possible, it feels like a ripe moment to make the time for personal growth and prepare ourselves to step into whatever is next with precision and purpose.
As the systems and structures around us collapse, it is not simply the end of things, but the beginning of a new way of being. All of us play a unique role in hospicing old stories and patterns into transition and midwifing new worlds into creation. Getting ready and resourced for the uncertain future ahead will determine who we are and what we are capable of.
Here's how it works:
- Each month, you'll get one 1:1 coaching session to support you in your personal healing journey (3 total)
- Each month, you'll be a part of one small group coaching session to grow in mutual care, support and inspiration (3 total)
- Each month, you'll be invited to a white bodied affinity community of practice (with past and present GROW participants) to skill up and sustain our growth for the long haul
- Space is limited as we've designed this for optimal intimacy and impact

I am so thrilled to be bringing the work of American Detox to Esalen Institute. This 5-day retreat is a dynamic and embodied exploration of the mythical body - how we’ve been shaped by history, trauma, and culture and what it’s going to take to heal.
Through dynamic movement, radical inquiry, and creative engagement, we will:
- Unlearn limiting beliefs, inherited stories, and toxic patterns of being and doing.
- Explore transformative practices that move energy, disrupt patterns, and metabolize trauma.
- Build greater capacity and resilience for the discomfort of change and the uncertainty of (im)possible futures.
- Cultivate an everyday practice of collective care that ensures all of us can be well.
- Reimagine ways of being, doing, surviving, and thriving together.
