Dear John,
From the ecologically diverse Monte Rio Redwoods to the ruggedly beautiful Sonoma Coast Redwoods, we have protected and connected thousands of acres together in the past year.
But protecting forests is just the beginning. With your help, the League is reviving the redwood range . When we invest in public lands and take on large-scale redwood restoration projects, we create a cascade of economic opportunity that generates jobs, strengthens local communities, and revitalizes damaged forests. Simply put, a thriving ecosystem equals a thriving economy.

These successes show we don’t have to choose between a “healthy ecosystem” and a “healthy economy.” We can, and should , have both!
That is the transformative, bold action you make possible, and it’s why I invite you to become an Evergreen Member right now and help us keep up this momentum.
Right now, we have a special opportunity for all new Evergreen Members: a generous League Councilor will contribute $250 for EVERY new Evergreen Member, up to a total of $100,000. [[link removed]]
(Plus, we’ll send you your own pair of our much-loved banana slug socks as a thank you!)
Please, join us as an Evergreen Member today [[link removed]] . Your ongoing commitment will help write the next chapter of this success story.
