Hi there,
Senator Jeanne Shaheen here with an update about Chris’s race for U.S.
Senate.
The GOP is recruiting a familiar opponent — John E. Sununu, the guy I
defeated in 2008.
Republicans are so desperate to flip this seat that they’re digging up
losing candidates from the past.
No matter who the GOP nominates — Scott Brown or John E. Sununu — they
will be counting on Republican megadonors to try to buy this U.S. Senate
seat.
The people of New Hampshire are looking toward the future, and Republicans
are only offering the past. Chris Pappas represents the next generation of
leadership that I know Granite Staters are ready for.
Chris can beat these guys like I did, but he can’t do it alone. He needs
our support to take on whoever the nominee is, starting now.
Democrats can only take back the Senate majority if we defend every seat
we currently hold — including this one.
