These pamphlets, printed by a MAGA dark money PAC, are saturating Pennsylvania right now. Their hope is to confuse progressive voters into thinking that a no vote in this race is about term limits and not about removing Democratic justices.
In reality, voting no in this election means paving the way for a far-right court to enshrine MAGA vote rigging in time for 2026 & 2028, a full GOP redistricting of PA’s House map, and an extreme abortion ban.
