As more and more geriatric politicians turn senile in office, term limits for elected officials have become an increasingly popular policy position amongst progressives and conservatives alike. 

Recognizing this, GOP strategists have weaponized this sentiment and are using it to trick voters into voting for a far-right cause in an important upcoming election:  

The November 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court Election. 

Though a state Supreme Court Race may sound boring and parochial the stakes of this race are anything but. If Democrats lose here we stand to permanently lose key swing state Pennsylvania for the next decade and beyond - 19 electoral college votes squandered. 

Which is why the GOP is catfishing and pulling out all the dirty tricks to win this race: 

These pamphlets printed by a MAGA dark money PAC are saturating Pennsylvania right now. Their hope is to confuse progressive voters into thinking that a no vote in this race is about term limits and not about removing Democratic justices. 

In reality, voting no in this election means paving the way for a far-right court to enshrine MAGA vote rigging in time for 2026 & 2028, a full GOP redistricting of PA’s House map, and an extreme abortion ban. 

Voters need to know the truth of what's at stake in this election but with only 42 days left and MAGA flooding the state with millions in dark money we are running out of time and money to counter their disinformation.
