Immigration Judge Rules Mahmoud Khalil can be Deported
On September 12, Louisiana-based immigration judge Jamee Comans ruled that foreign-born activist-agitator Mahmoud Khalil can be removed to either Algeria or Syria due to material omissions on his green card application. Although the decision will be appealed, the immigration judge’s ruling is consistent with America’s national interests, national security, and the law.
