Senate Committee Examines UAC Crisis Under Biden Administration ([link removed])

Last week’s hearing marks the latest step in a broader congressional effort to investigate the Biden administration’s negligent management of UACs. The Senate Judiciary Committee found that the Biden administration prioritized the rapid release of the children into the United States over ensuring their safety, often placing children with unvetted and unsafe sponsors.

Immigration Judge Rules Mahmoud Khalil can be Deported ([link removed])

On September 12, Louisiana-based immigration judge Jamee Comans ruled that foreign-born activist-agitator Mahmoud Khalil can be removed to either Algeria or Syria due to material omissions on his green card application. Although the decision will be appealed, the immigration judge’s ruling is consistent with America’s national interests, national security, and the law.

Da’Cara Thompson Allegedly Murdered by Illegal Alien ([link removed])

Illegal alien Hugo Hernandez-Mendez charged with first- and second-degree murder of Maryland native Da’Cara Thompson. This is not the first run-in Hernandez-Mendez had with the law - a few months before Da'Cara was killed, he was arrested by U.S. Park Police for driving under the influence of alcohol.

USCIS Announces Plans to Implement More Challenging Citizenship Exam ([link removed])

The new test will be similar to the 2020 version that was implemented during the first Trump administration before being rescinded by the Biden administration. Starting in October, the test would raise the total number of potential questions that an applicant could be asked from 100 to 128 and require applicants to correctly answer 12 out of 20 questions instead of only six out of ten questions.
