Can I let you in on a secret about me? I am a HUGE classic rock fan.

I admit it — whether it’s the Stones, Bon Jovi, or Billy Joel, I’m IN.

When I served as a House Impeachment Manager during Donald Trump’s first impeachment trial, I had Billy Joel’s “Keeping the Faith” on repeat.

These days, it may feel more challenging than ever to keep the faith.

Donald Trump and his Republican allies in Congress are ripping away health care and food assistance from working Americans to serve their ultra-wealthy buddies, they're shamelessly separating families and deporting people without due process, and they're too busy playing party politics to sit down and actually listen to people.

But I've always gone where the fight is, and I'm not one to back down. I'm not just keeping the faith, but I'm rolling up my sleeves and getting to work — on the ground in Colorado listening to people's stories, fighting for working people in Congress, and supporting the next generation of Democratic leaders so we can flip the House blue next year.
