When you submit, please keep these guidelines in mind:
Protect your privacy: Comments are public. Please avoid sharing identifying information.
If you are a provider: Instead of discussing your practice directly, share evidence-based, scientific information about gender-affirming care.
If you are a patient or parent: Speak generally about ages, regions, or environments, without revealing specific identifiers.
Together, we can shine the truth brightly on the record and push back against the lies being used to undermine our community’s care, dignity, and self-determination. Thank you for showing up for trans youth, families, and providers in this critical moment.
