We are excited to announce a new schedule for City Hall and our administrative offices. Starting October 6, 2025, our administrative offices will operate on a four-day, 40-hour work week to better serve our community and provide more access to city services outside of the traditional 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. workday.
Our new hours will be Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. This means an extra hour each morning and afternoon, giving you a total of eight more hours per week to conduct city business without having to take time off work. This change is designed to make city administrative services more convenient for our traditional working residents.
Your Access is Our Priority
The operations of our police, fire, library, public works, animal control, and parks & recreation departments will not be affected by this change, and all regular on-call and emergency services will continue to operate as usual. This change only affects their administrative offices.
We appreciate your support as we strive to provide more accessible services while enhancing the work-life balance for our dedicated employees.
