There's still time to make a difference No images? Click here John, In February, we asked you to support Washington Conservation Action to help us protect our forests, water, and air from the dangerous policies coming out of D.C. So many of you have already claimed your status as a 2025 WCA Supporter - thank you! If you haven't yet, there is still time to make a difference. We know a lot has changed in the last seven months, but Alyssa's message below still rings true: we have to build power here, in our own communities. And it starts with people like you, John. Will you give $10, $20 or any amount today? Your gift will go to work right away to help us build healthy communities where people and nature grow strong together. Thanks for all you do! The team at Washington Conservation Action From: Alyssa Macy, CEO, Washington Conservation Action February 20, 2025 ![]() John, To resist the disastrous environmental policies of the federal administration, we need to build power in our own communities. And that starts with people like you, John. Will you join as a member right now? $5 is all it takes. Public officials in Washington, D.C., are creating chaos and uncertainty. But here in Washington state, thanks to supporters like you, Washington Conservation Action was able to organize voters in our state to put environmental champions at the helm of our state government – and they are already pushing back! In last year’s election, Washington held the line on climate action and refused to go back on the commitments we have made to reduce pollution. And we continue to lead the nation in finding solutions to overcoming the life-threatening effects of climate change. We do have momentum here in the state. We are funding programs that reduce climate pollution, support clean energy, and protect our communities. And what we do collectively in these first 100 days will set the stage for the next four years. Let’s show the nation what real climate leadership looks like. I'm ready to be a 2025 Member! Thanks for your support! Alyssa Macy, CEO, Washington Conservation Action |
