John, I cannot overstate how critical this deadline is. Over the past few weeks, we have seen Donald Trump flip our democracy on its head. He’s promised to silence critics, crush opposition, and consolidate power. He is openly embracing authoritarian tactics — using his platform to intimidate dissent and rewrite the rules in his favor.

That’s why it’s so important we have leaders in Congress who will hold him accountable — and I am one of those people.
