I’ve known Chris since he was a teenager — trust me when I say we need him in the Senate.
My name is Toula, and I’ve known Chris Pappas since he was a teenager.
I met him when I started working in his family’s restaurant, the Puritan Backroom, more than 30 years ago. I’ve loved him and his family ever since, and I’m so proud to see the leader he’s become.
A few weeks ago, I caught up with him at Glendi, our annual Greek festival in Manchester. Glendi translates to “a festive gathering,” and seeing Chris made me so happy.
Let me tell you a few things I know about Chris:
- He has an amazing work ethic. Give him something to do, he does it right away.
- He loves to listen and learn what people need — and then he goes out and makes it happen.
- He’s respected by everyone — Democrats, Republicans, and especially in Greece, where people tell me how proud of him they are.
- He’s honest. If Chris says something, he means it.
- He can still spell “koulourakia” — and he might be a Congressman and future Senator, but he’ll always be our Chris!
Chris has always been there for New Hampshire, our communities, and our families. That’s why I always say I’m 150% proud to support him. We’re so lucky to have him fighting for us in Congress — and soon, in the Senate.
Right now Chris needs our support. He has a big end-of-quarter fundraising deadline at the end of September. This race is going to be close, and I don’t like what I’m seeing. They’re getting ready to spend tons of money on attack ads. We need to have his back.
If everyone reading this chipped in $10 — or whatever you spent at Dunkin’ this morning — Chris can hit his goal, win this race, and keep making us proud.

Chris always has our back. Now it’s our time to show him we’ve got his, too.
Thank you,
Toula
