As a Marine veteran who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, I know exactly how F$&KED UP this is. The VA has been plunged into crisis, keeping those who put their lives on the line for our country from life saving care.

I use the VA for my health care, and trust me: the VA was struggling before these DOGE cuts. The last thing it needs is to be hit with even more cuts.

But if DOGE gets their way, our veterans will pay the price and suffer, all while Donald Trump and his billionaire donors feel none of its impact.

My opponent said he’s “thrilled” to help DOGE, even as they’re slashing services at the VA. Arizona deserves better—and after serving three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, I won’t stand by while extreme politicians attack our troops here at home.
