*· HOME Investment Partnership (HOME)*
*· Community Investment in Affordable Housing (CIAH)*
*· Affordable Housing Grant Program (AHGP)*
*· Homeless Housing Grant Program (HHGP)*
*· Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG)*
Kitsap County has also posted the 2026 - 2030 Kitsap County and City of Bremerton Consolidated Plan – Year 1 Action Plan for review and comment.
